The Role

We are looking for a professional with strong experience in Business Analysis. The successful applicant will serve as the liaison between the executive and IT departments of the company, leveraging the data the IT team extrapolates while also overseeing the selection and implementation of software programs and hardware resources.

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Gather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth

• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes

• Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment

• Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry

• Will be responsible for translating business needs to IT solutions, and vice versa, with current programs, projects and initiatives in mind.

 

The Successful Candidate

Reporting to the Business System Manager, you will ensure IT Solutions provided are optimally used to increase business efficiency. You will define SLA’s for IT Services and recommend IT Solutions to reduce Cost and increase efficiency.

 

The ideal candidate should have at least 10 Years’ experience preferably with a minimum of 5 years in the FMCG Industry and worked in a similar position for at least 4 years. You should have previous experience in Software Development and IT Project Management with excellent customer service management skills. Experience in Practical business process analysis and re-engineering is essential. You will be a proactive and communicative leader with a strong work ethic able to meet the demands of this challenging role.

 

ITIL or any equivalent IT Service Delivery/Process Definition Standards with PMP Certification is advantageous but not essential
