The Role
An exciting role has arisen for a female HR professional to join Almarai and take us toward the next exciting stage of our growth in creating an employer brand that is synonomous with the promotion of women in the workplace. Main duties will include:
- To establish a project schedule and implementation plan to manage all aspects related to the recruitment and integration of a female workforce into Almarai Company.
- These projects include, but not limited to, establishing guidelines for hiring female staff, design of a designated area for females, performance management, training, developing, coaching, mentioning and managing and handling the admin related issues for females, establishing policies related to all areas of female staff and issues
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in FMCG environment or a large corporation with female staff
- 5 years in project management, especially building of a new function from the ground up (e.g. female recruitment).
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or HR.

- 5 years exposure with multinational / multicultural staff.
- Master’s Degree / CIPD or other professional Qualification.
