SFL is aspiring to be a leading financial institution in banking industry by serving the community and adhering the superior customer services standards. The institutions Head Office is located at Hanumandas Road, Biratnagar. Currently the institution is operating with 15 branches to provide easy and accessible service to our customers. Opportunities are opened for following lead positions for hardworking, efficient, enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to be part of a highly professional management teams.
1. Branch Manager – 6
Minimum Criteria
• Graduate/Post Graduate from recognized university in management.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the leading Financial Institutions/Bank along with 1 years of experience in Credit/Relationship Management.
• Good knowledge on PUMORI Software. (Position shall commensurate to the profile of candidates)
2. Junior Assistant – Few
Minimum Criteria
• At least 1 years of working experience in Financial Institution/Bank.
Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent.
• Good Knowledge on PUMORI Software
3. Trainee Assistant – Few
Minimum Criteria
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent.
• Fresher can apply.
Eligible criteria for all positions:
Ability to work independently with flexibility of time and working condition.
Well-versed and fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
Expected to be having positive attitude, smart personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Age should not exceed 40 years for Officer Level and 35 years for Assistant Level.
(5 Years will be added for female candidates.)
