CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
• Academic qualification and work experience as mentioned in the Insurer’s Corporate Governance Directives, 2073.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Non-Life Insurance Company
• Strong Insight of Nepalese Insurance Industry legislation and directives.
• Ability to make decisions at strategic, operational and administrative level as and when needed.
• Excellent communication and Leadership skills.
CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
• Academic qualification and work experience as mentioned in the Insurer’s Corporate Governance Directives, 2073.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding Master’s Degree/ Chartered Accountants with prior experience in Non-Life Insurance Company.
• Good computer skills and business acumen.
• Strong work ethics and result oriented. Salary & Benefits will be as per Company Rules.
