We are seeking an HR plus Finance Lead to become a part of our growing team! You will be responsible for managing finance along with HR activities for the organization. The ideal candidate, is a strong self-starter and innovator, with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar roles 

Responsibilities 

• Handle all finance related work of the organization
• Manage payroll, expenses and reimbursement 
• Develop workforce strategies, to recruit best talent in the market
• Coordinate events focused on recruitment 
• Build career path for employee and create plans for employee recognition 
• Implement company culture, values and policies 
• Implements and updates the job descriptions as necessary. 
• Set up new employee orientation, onboarding and ongoing training programs 

Qualifications 

• Very good knowledge of finance and experience in a variety of finance areas. 
• Demonstrated competency in the use of spreadsheets and accounting systems. 
• Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields 
• Fundamental knowledge of Nepal labor and employment laws 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
