On behalf of United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), as part of Human Resources Support to National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) for ongoing reconstruction initiatives, HERD International is seeking experienced and dynamic Nepali applicants for the following positions:

Position Title: Earthquake Engineer

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • PhD/Master’s degree in Earthquake Engineering or relevant discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.

Period of Service:

  • Minimum 8 months with possibility of extension.

Position Title: Structural Engineer

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Structural Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.

Period of Service:

  • Minimum 8 months with possibility of extension.

Position Title: Technical Adviser

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • A Master’s degree or equivalent in Structural/Earthquake Engineering with minimum 15 years relevant work experience.

Period of Service:

  • As and when required.
