- contribution.
- In depth knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Expert user of accounting software and its operations.(Specially in Tally)
- Knowledge of VAT, TDS and other taxes is must.

- Fluency in English and Nepali; strong written and oral communications skills.

Position: Chief Finance Officer

Minimum Qualification and Requirements:
- MBA/MBS/CA in the field of Finance/Accounting from recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles in related field.
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
- Prepare Periodic (quarterly, semiannual and annual) Financial Reports, income statement and balance sheets.
- Prepare financial statements on conformity with Nepal Financial Reporting Statements in all material respects (e.g. Balance Sheet, income statement, cash flow Notes, etc.)
- Take appropriate measures to comply withholding requirement submission of VAT returns and relevant compliances as required in income Tax TDS, VAT and retirement contribution.
- Expert user of accounting software and its operations.(Specially in Tally)
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
- Knowledge of HR would be an advantage.

Position: Broadcast/RF Technician

Requirement
- Ability to managing all RF networks including RF cable, RF antenna, RF transmitter and RF decoder.
- Ability to install and repair C-Band and Ku-Band Antenna, Satellite tracking, intensity and quality checking, LNB installation and Testing.
- I.E/+2 /Diploma Electronics, Electrical or a related field.
- Ability to maintain exciters and other RF satellite transmission, signal distribution and signal evaluation equipment.
- Assist and take phone calls from affiliates in order to resolve problems
- Vocational Trainings related to RF field will be highly prioritized.
- Must have sound computer knowledge.
- Preference will be given to candidates having at least 1 year of relevant work experience in any RF field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel and Word applications.

Position Title: Junior/Associate Broadcast Engineer

Minimum Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor in Computer/Electronics /CSIT
- Should be flexible to work in any shifts (morning/evening/night).
- Knowledge on Downlink, RF transmission, Antenna, Encoder, Decoder, MPEG(1,2,3,4,7,21), and Digital communication system.
- Previous experience on MCR/RF unit would be an advantage
- CCNA Certification would be a plus point.
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
- Knowledge of IT Networking, Firewall
- Ability to provide Functional Application Support on SMS & CAS system.
- Sound Knowledge in PHP, SQL, HTML,CSS and XML
- experience in software testing operation would add an additional advantage
- Ability to extract data for cleansing and troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Position: Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Master/ Bachelor in Electronics and Communication with 7 to 10 years of experience in Digital Video Broadcasting System.
- Knowledge on Downlink, RF transmission, Antenna, Encoder, Decoder, Modulation MPEG(1,2,3,4,7,21), OTT and Digital communication system.
- Knowledge of the DVB signaling systems for the service description of Encrypted Pay TV bouquets and the ECM/EMM transmission of the Conditional Access Systems.
- Knowledge of DVBT2 receiving Antenna, STB industry for both hardware and software of decoders available in the DVB Television market.
- Operating knowledge of TCP/IP and Cisco Networking technology. Good working hands-on experience on UNIX and/or Microsoft Windows Server will be an added advantage.
- Excellent in English both in oral and writing.
- Responsible for the Installation and Operation of the DVB – Mpeg Compression System, liaising with the Radio Frequency team, the Conditional Access team, the Platform Maintenance team and the Broadcasting team.
- Knowledge of DVB S, DVB S2, DVBT2, DVB T2 transmission standard and the related instruments to check the standard adherence and conformity.
- Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
- Possesses good knowledge of different Hardware, software systems, client/server, DVB architectures and various compatibility requirements.
- Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively
