REPORTS TO: Office Secretary
JOB PURPOSE: As the job title suggests, office helpers are roles that are intended to support the team from a very fundamental perspective – by making sure the working space is well kept and maintained as per the team’s requirements. As an office helper, you will assume the duty of maintaining cleanliness in and around the office premises. Also, you will be responsible for keeping the team well fed and nourished throughout the day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regularly maintaining the level of cleanliness in the office premise
- Preparing/assist in preparing meals and keeping the team well-fed and nourished throughout the day
- Taking charge of procurement of materials necessary to keep daily office operations smooth (grocery, stationery, etc…)
KEY SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
- Good communication skills
- Good cooking skills
- Good cleaning skills
QUALIFICATIONS/BACKGROUND:
- Minimum of a completed or running intermediate (10+2) degree
- Any prior relevant experience with cooking/cleaning work is considered a plus point
NOTE:
Candidates are expected to be comfortable with office timing that usually ranges from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
