• Monitor the quality of services provided by the Company and take proactive corrective actions as necessary.
• Formulate quality control policies, practices and procedures in line with applicable laws and regulations.
• Liaise with the compliance department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards and monitor compliance with all rules, regulations and procedures.
• Oversee training plans. Ensure ongoing training. Develop and train the team on a daily basis, empowering every individual to meet their targets.
• Strong capability in liaising with potential Introducing Brokers.
• Ensure proper level of customer service and quality is maintained in the conduct of all employees with company clients.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department on the organization of online and off-line promotion activities.
• Understand category specific landscapes and trends to ensure approach is adjusted when targeting the acquisition of partners versus the acquisition of retail clients.
• Hands-on management of the team and the generation of reports, both standardized and ad-hoc, for this purpose.
• Providing the senior management of the Company with daily reports and ad-hoc matters to be raised for their attention.
• Providing Management with feedback on prospective and actual client expectations and with ideas for the further growth of the business.
