Reporting structure for the position Employee shall report to the Manager
• Responsible for identifying and meeting customer needs and to ensure that the customers are satisfied with the services being provided by the company.
• Participate in meetings with Manager to discuss sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities and recommend action plans and achieve targets set by the management.
• Follow up with customer and handle customers’ objections or complaints during selling process and report to the manager
• Present and demonstrate features and specifications of all products and brands to the customers and influence them to purchase the bike.
• Check the condition of all the bikes in the showroom area before sale to the customer to ensure whether its in ride condition.
• Conducts preliminary inspections of bikes in the showroom area to ensure that no major damage or scratch before delivery to the customers.
• Ensure customers are greeted in a professional manner and are provided excellent customer service and receive the guests and customers by maintaining a high level of courtesy, personal grooming and uniform appearance.
• Ensure the products are well displayed and check all the bikes are available in showroom or in godown.
• Make invoices, delivery notes and other related documents for walk-in customers.
• Maintaining daily sales report, stock of all bikes and report to the manager daily.
- Experience in same field will be prefered first
- Must hold the two wheeler licence
- Must have the knowledge of near by areas
- Must work on a pressure to meet the target
- Salary according to the company rule.
