to join the Team! S/he will be responsible to learn new and developing
technologies while supporting our Development Team and also be
responsible to accomplish engineering and organization mission by
completing related results as needed.
Title: Software Engineer
Requirements
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Skills in PHP and PHP frameworks (Laravel, FatFree, WordPress,
CodeIgniter, PHP Unit, PHP composer) Extra skills like: Python, Node JS,
etc. is recommended - Prior experience with ecommerce platform (such as Big commerce, 3D Cart, shopify, Magento) would be preferred
- Must have Front End skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (like: jQuery,
Regular Expression, Ajax), A/B testing and skills in OOP frameworks
such as Design Patterns / Design Principles (SOLID), MVC Architecture
and Software Development - Additional skills in databases/servers such as MySQL/SQL Server and Database Design would be preferred
- Experience with any version control system such as: GIT/SVN would be preferred
- Should be passionate about learning and be self-motivated / Drive to
contribute ideas and share knowledge proactively / Must be a team
player - Familiarity with Virtualization (like: vagrant / Ubuntu box) is a plus

Education: B.E – Computer Science or equivalent
One years of software development experience in above mentioned domain would be preferred and favorable
Responsibilities
- Must be a self-starter: we are the only company in Nepal currently working with this technology!
- Service installations and bug fixing/maintenance task on stores with
various ecommerce platforms (Yahoo, BigCommerce, 3dCart, Magento,
Volusion, MivaMerchant) - Tracking-Code installations on eCommerce platforms
- SEO content management on platforms (like: Yahoo, 3d-Cart, Magento, Big Commerce, Volusion, Miva Merchant)
- Reliably estimate time expectations and co-ordinate with other teams
in the company for prioritization and related bugs and features - Excel under tight deadlines, and proactively communicate with team members and managers
