Applicants for the below positions must be Nepalese citizens with excellent written and spoken English, as well as competency with Microsoft Office.

Operation Coordinator (1 Positon-Based in Okhaldhunga)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, HR, logistics, or admin at officer level. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other relevant field.

Understanding of financial systems, including budgeting and budget/expense analysis experience preferred. Knowledge of public donors’ regulations, a plus.


Livelihood Coordinator (1 Position-Based in Okhaldhunga)

Minimum five years of experience in agricultural development with NGOs or government. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or animal science.

Master’s degree an advantage.

Demonstrated experience in training, curriculum development, and planning and implementing agriculture and livestock programs, with a strong focus on capacity building as well as Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning.

Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail and demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks across staff and departments.


Shelter Coordinator (1 Position-Based in Okhaldhunga)

Minimum 6 years’ progressively responsible experience in Shelter and civil technical program, Minimum bachelor degree in civil engineering or related disciplines.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks among various staff and departments.

Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.

Preference for candidates will with experience in post-earthquake scenario and are aware about NRA policies and procedures.


Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Senior Officer, (1 Position-Based in Okhaldhunga):

Minimum 5 years’ progressively responsible experience in MEAL, University degree in international development, statistics or related field.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasksamong staff and departments.

Excellent knowledge of standard computer programs and ICT4D approaches and tools.

Knowledge and experience of conducting MEAL for WASH/Shelter or Livelihoods programming in Nepal and experience in Emergency Response and Recovery contexts.


Partnership and Capacity Strengthening Manager (1 position-Based in Okhaldhunga):

Minimum 5 years’ progressively responsible experience in development and project management as well 3 years’ experience with partner activities and institutional strengthening.

University degree in international development, business or organizational development.

Master’s degree preferred.

Strong capacity to facilitate collaboration between partners and different departments.

Experience with project management, capacity-building, including training and mentoring as well as developing training materials.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, representation and networking skills.


Finance Officer (1 Position- Based in Okhaldhunga):

Minimum 5 year’s progressive experience in accounting and finance.

Inter CA preferred.

Graduate /Post graduate in commerce with good academic record.

Strong computer skills required including Microsoft applications.

Experience of Sun Systems accounting software is desirable.

Willing to work additional hours as and when required.

Effective problem solving skills, proactive and comfortable working with a team.

Strong accounting and financial analytical skills with a demonstrated record of accuracy.

Maintain confidentiality of work.
