Community Development Forum (CODEF)
Community Development Forum (CODEF) is a non-governmental, non-political, non-profit making and multi disciplinary Non Governmental Organization registered at the District Administration office, Shankhuwa Sabha in FY 2055/56 (1998/999 AD) and has been affiliated with the Social Welfare Council, Kathmandu since 2003. It is an innovative and promising institution that used to provide services in the field of rural infrastructures, environment, agro-forestry, water supply and sanitation, school and community sanitation and hygiene, health and nutrition, resettlement of people, human resource development and other various activities for the sustainable development of the country. It has a national office at New Baneshwore, Kathmandu and project offices in Parsa, Shankhuwa Sabha, Tanahu, and Arghakhanchi. All the offices are fully equipped with sufficient office space, furniture, telephone, fax, computers, printers and adequate supporting staffs.
