Tuki Association Sunkoshi
Tuki Association Sunkoshi (टुकी संघ शुनकोशी) is a not-for-profit Non Governmental Organisation formed by the TUKIs (leader farmers trained by Swiss Development Cooperation funded Integrated Hill Development Program) and registered in local administrative office. The organization has working experience in the field of Agriculture, Education and Social development since 1992.Tuki is a member based organisation. Now Tuki has more than 300 members from different part of Sindhupalchock district of Nepal. Most of the members are form farming community. To be a member of Tuki Association Sunkoshi (so called Tuki), they have to attained a 15 days intensive training on agriculture, education and health.It is a pioneer of social development in Sindhupalchock. At this time, the funding partners are; Helvetas Nepal for Sustainable Soil Management Program, PROLINOVA for Promoting Local Innovation Programme, Li-Bird for Home Garden Promotion, CYMMIT for Hill Maize Research Program, Save the Children for Education and Child Protection Issues, Nepal Government for Poverty Alleviation Program and Local Governance and Community Development Program
