Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited, a leading National Level Development Bank operating in the Nepalese market with a network of over 89 branches and over 35 ATMs is seeking applications from highly motivated, result-oriented & dynamic professional Nepali Citizens for the following positions for its upcoming and existing branches inside Kathmandu Valley.

Position: Branch Managers (Junior Officers / Officers / Sr.Officers)

Number of Vacancies: Few

Location: Inside Kathmandu Valley

Academic Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Management or Equivalent Degree from Recognized University

Experience: At least 5 years of Banking Experience

Required Behavioral Competencies:

• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work and contribute in a team and flexibility.
• Ability to positvely contribute to business.

• Appropriate position shall be assigned and negotiated with qualified and eligible candidates commensurate with their experience and expertise. Candidates having Master’s Degree will be preferred for Branch Manager positions.
