Job Description
• Drive sales of various products as per the sales strategy of the company to the assigned region
• Strengthen more Bancassurance network through various financial institution as alternative distribution channel
• Provide both sales and operational support to Banks’ sales team through innovative way to make sales to the customers of Bank to meet sales targets
• Sign up new institutions as corporate agents, provide training and monitor their sales performance
• Regularly follow up and meet up with banking partners and gather feedback and identify follow up training sessions where required
• Collect data and prepare reports on a regular basis
• Coordinate and deal with Bank Branch Managers
