Role & Responsibilities
- Drive solutioning, change management, stakeholder communications, and managing both long and short-term delivery plans
- Identify key issues across a broad range of areas and effectively communicate recommendations to team.
- Understanding the Business decisions and translating them into business requirements and project deliverables.
- Identify business opportunities and provide creative solutions to complex problems
- Responsible for the preparation, analysis and presentation of key business metrics, performance against targets, trending to senior management and how using this information will lead to increased productivity and profitability.
- Strong Presentation skills.
- Project management skills is a plus.
- Working onr project planning tools is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
- MBA with experience in ERP System
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Great MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Good presentation skills
- Project Management Skills
Desired Skills
- Out-of-box thinker who can effectively use and improve existing business processes.
- Self-starter with passion for results
- 1-2 years of work experience in related field preferred
Requirements:
MBA, Fresher’s with knowledge in ERP are encouraged to apply.
