Position Summary :
Required Utility Manager with at least 5 Years’ experience in beer industry/food or beverages production facility.
Education Requirement is Engineering Qualification
Work Experience –A great deal of experience working in a brewery or food production environment. Proven ability to manage and lead to the team. Track record of successful project management in food or beverages production facility.
Job Description
1)The Brewery Project’s and Engg Manager must be ready to quickly respond to mechanical problems on the brewery production line. They must take responsibility for designing procedures which ensure rapid response and quick resolution of mechanical problems so production levels are not greatly impacted.
2)Create Preventive maintenance plans.
3)Gradually improve the production line.
4) Should have working experience in Boiler as well
5) Recommend maintenance budget.
6)Manage Parts and Equipment’s Inventories.
7)Regularly Inspect Equipment.
8) Keep work areas Neat and safe with Clean.
Key skills – High level of communication skills.
Mechanically minded with very strong technical knowledge. Ability work within team and lead
Other staff. Strong Negotiable skills, Very Methodically with strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking skills.
