DUTIES (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES):
E2 Clerk is responsible to the D & E1 Clk PPIO Dharan for the delivery of pension functions.
KEY TASKS:
- Responsible to oversee the maintenance of GCSPF VA, ADAT and GCSPF widow’s pensioners register.
- Preparation of GCSPF VA, GCSPF Widow Pension and ADAT payment documents.
- Responsible to insure all cash paid pensioners pension statement for the pension payment and deliver cash to the disable pensioner on the basement waiting area (if required).
- Prepare documents for New OFP, LTA, pensioner’s identity cards, nominee representative form and complete bank paid pensioners documents.
- Responsible to dispatch the Life Certificates of bank paid pensioners.
- Produce Pensioner’s Statistics/ Exchange Rate and related documents.
- Home visit in respect of disabled /very seriously ill pensioners to carry out person payment and related documentation as and when required.
- Responsible for filling of all correspondence and Life Certificate.
- Prepare all required documents for money transfer request form, P1923 etc.
- Visit AWCs at least once a year during AWC pension payment period.
- Deputies Clerk during periods of absence.
- Any other task as directed by the Line Manager.

- Sound experience in account and finance environment.
- Sound IT skills.
- Good English Language skills.
BENEFIT & DETAILS:
Salary: NPR 46,967.00/month
Other benefit: Dashain Bonus, Gratuity, Provident Fund
Duty Hours: 37hrs a week
Leave: Annual 24 days, Public Holidays 16 (Current arrangement)
