Organization: Nepal Agricultural Market Development Programme (NAMDP)
Nepal Agricultural Market Development Programme (NAMDP) is a bilateral initiative between the Government of Switzerland and the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of Nepal. The project is being implemented jointly by Swisscontact/ Swiss Foundation for Technical Cooperation and Center for Environmental and Agricultural Policy Research, Extension and Development (CEAPRED). We invite applications from committed and experienced Nepali citizens for the following positions:
A. Position: Communication Officer -1
Duty Station: NAMDP PSU Office, Kupondole, Lalitpur
Reports to: Team Leader
Purpose: The Communication Officer is responsible for implementing the communication activities of NAMDP.The post holder will contribute to the development and implementation of the communication strategy to ensure that NAMDP has a robust internal, external and sector communication system in place.
Required Education and Experience:

B. Position: Sector Analyst/Consultant -1
Duty Station: NAMDP PSU Office, Kupondole, Lalitpur
Reports to: Senior Sector Manager
Purpose: The Sector Analyst/Consultant is responsible for supporting the programme team in the analysis of systemic constraints and opportunities in selected sub-sectors/ cross-sectors, as well as for the design and implementation of interventions in the selected sub-sectors/ cross-sectors.
Required Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Management, Economics, or Development studies, with at least 2 years work experience in the field of market systems development (MSD/M4P) in any sector, and/or value chain development with a private sector development focus.
