·        
Preparing and updating candidates electronic and
physical database

·        
Drafting legal and  any other documents.

·        
Correspondence to the clients through mail or telephone calls.

·        
Establish and maintain an up to date document
control system which ensures an easy retrieval.

·        
Achieves on both papers and electronic copies
for all correspondences.

·        
Ensure all the management system documentation
is the current version and easily accessible.

·        
Maintain filing system and record keeping of all
received documents.

·        
Recording, checking and tracking all incoming
and outgoing project documents.

·        
Monitor the system of document review and follow
– up work procedures within the operations.

·        
Prepare, operate and update Document control
procedures in line with the company’s document management system.

·        
Produce and maintain document progress reports
to operation manager.

Job Requirements

Nepali and English typing.
