Detailed Job Description / Requirements
- Should have passed atleast Intermediate (10+2) or more
- Should have atleast 1 year experience in similar work
- Should be fluent in spoken and written English and Nepali
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Should have Computer Literacy (MS Office package and email methodologies)
- Should have a pleasant personality
- Should be active, efficient and multi-tasking
- Welcomes visitors or customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls related to Sales and Support and assiting in outbound calls.
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, receiving and delivery of goods.
- Maintaining a sufficient record of office supplies.
- Process Customer orders and co-ordinate with team for timely delivery proces
- Maintaining daily activity and work reports.
- Maintaining and issuing good receipt and delivery order after the Security Check
- Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Assiting to team with better and active effort by accomplishing better results as needed.
