Job Description

  • Develop strategic planning to determine Company’s objective.
  • Promote company’s mission and values.
  • Develop plan and implement to maximize operating efficiency.
  • Monitoring and evaluating employee’s performance.
  • Supervise each day operations for smooth daily actions.
  • Keep record of review performance data of financial sales and activity reports to measure productivity and progress of company.
  •  Establish meeting with individual staffs for target planning and completion timing.
  • Provide Communication strategy and meeting with all the staffs to organize the deadlines and candidate’ needs.
  • Organize board meeting and briefing the board about the operations, plan, policies, improvements and achievements.
  • Establish and implement Company’s policies, goals, objectives and procedures.
  • Prepare report of key result to present in board members.
