Marketing and Sales Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
• Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
• Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
• Develops sales and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
• Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
• Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
• Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
• Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed

Marketing and Sales Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field, Customer Service, Client Relationships, Interpersonal Communication

Qualifications : 
• The ideal candidate must have a university degree/college diploma
• 2+ years experience in business management, Marketing and strong knowledge of IT
• Accounting or Finance knowledge, education or background is preferred.
• A strong understanding of Accounting Solutions, Business Solutions, ecommerce, ERP or CRM is preferred.
• Candidates must be able to work in a team environment and project a positive, professional attitude.
• The candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English with internal and external clients through all available mediums.


Job Description: 
• Provides direction and knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.
• Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks
• Provide presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
• Develop and deliver high quality standard presentations and demonstrations.
