Required Key Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:
- Bachelor in Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized university
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant and rich experience
- Experience in ERP software implementation will be an added advantage
- Good working knowledge of computer hardware or software
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows on both desktops and servers
- Ability to diagnose the computer related problems and solving the same
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to quickly establish good working relationships
