Position: 1. Branch Manager (Few)

Job Experience:

  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in Commercial Banks/ Financial Institutions preferably as Branch Manager / RM or Unit Head.

Age

  • Age should not exceed 37 years for Officer, 35 years for Junior Officer and 30 years for Supervisor as on 17 December 2018.

Position: 2. Relationship Manager – Officer/ Junior Officer (Few) (Few)

Job Experience:

  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in Commercial Banks / Financial Institutions in the area(s) of Credit & Sales, Credit Administration

Age

  • Age should not exceed 37 years for Officer and 35 years for Junior Officer as on 17 December 2018.

Position: Human Resource – Officer/ Junior Officer (Few)

Job Experience

  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in HR department in any organization. Experience in banking industry will be an added advantage.

Position: 4. Assistant Relationship Manager – Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor/ Assistant (Few)

Job Experience:

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in Commercial Banks / Financial Institutions in the area(s) of Credit & Sales, Credit Administration.

Age:

  • Age should not exceed 30 years for Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor and 28 years for Assistant as on 17 December 2018.

Position: 5. Operation In-charge – Junior Officer/ Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor (Few)

Job Experience:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in Commercial Banks / Financial Institutions in the area(s) of Operations, Cash, Customer Service, Remittance or Operation In-Charge/ Head Teller.

Job Experience:

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in Commercial Banks / Financial Institutions in the area(s) of Business Development, Remittance, Compliance, Risk, Trade Finance, Customer Services and/or Operations.

Age:

  • Age should not exceed 30 years for Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor and 28 years for Assistant as on 17 December 2018.

Position:7 Deposit Marketing and Regional Office – Senior Officer/ Officer (Few)

Job Experience:

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in Commercial Banks / Financial Institutions

Age:

  • Age should not exceed 37 years as on 17 December 2018.

Position:8. Chartered Accountant – Officer/ Junior Officer (Few)

Job Experience:

  • Experienced as well as fresh chartered accountants. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in audit of banks and financial institutions and having a valid membership certificate issued by ICAN.

Age:

  • Age should not exceed 37 years for Officer and 35 years for Junior Officer as on 17 December 2018.

Position:9. Semi Qualified Chartered Account – Supervisor (Few)

Job Experience:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in audit of banks and financial institutions and candidates having articleship with industrial training experience in BFIs and other corporate financial sector.

Education Qualification:

1. Branch Manager (Few)

Officer/Junior Officer: Master’s degree in Management or Economics from recognized University.
Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree in Management from recognized University with minimum 45% marks or 2.75 CGPA


2. Relationship Manager – Officer/ Junior Officer (Few)

  • Master’s degree in Management or Economics from recognized University.

3. Human Resource – Officer/ Junior Officer (Few)

  • Master’s degree in Management (Specialization in Human Resources) from recognized University??????.

3. Assistant Relationship Manager – Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor/ Assistant (Few)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management from recognized University with minimum 45% marks or 2.75 CGPA.

5. Operation In-charge – Junior Officer/ Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor (Few)

Junior Officer: Master’s degree in Management or Economics from recognized University.

Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree in Management from recognized University with minimum 45% marks or 2.75 CGPA.


6. Operations, Risk, Deposit Marketing, Compliance, Trade Finance – Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor/ Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management from recognized University with minimum 45% marks or 2.75 CGPA.

7. Deposit Marketing and Regional Office – Senior Officer/ Officer (Few)

  • Master’s degree in Management or Economics from recognized University.

8. Chartered Accountant – Officer/ Junior Officer (Few)

  • Candidates should have completed Chartered Accountancy from ICAN or ICAI.

9. Semi Qualified Chartered Account – Supervisor (Few)

  • Candidates should have completed CAP-II or equivalent course of CA education and should have completed three years of articleship period.
