Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Determining manpower in coordination with all department heads and other related resources requirements of the company and developing and submitting HRD plans and programs for necessary approval
  • Executing HRD plans and programs after obtaining necessary approval
  • Developing and maintaining relations with training institutions regarding HRD activities
  • Ensuring the record keeping of approved posts and posting and making arrangements for fulfilling vacant posts through internal promotion or new recruitment
  • Making arrangements for rewards, promotions and punishment of staff
  • Ensuring the record keeping of attendance, overtime, leave, service period and other personal information of all staff
  • Developing an effective compensation and benefits programs to retain best talents
  • Developing and implementing best employee’s performance appraisal system and tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development management
  • Planning and organizing Training Programs for employees
  • Preparing periodic progress reports on departmental activities and submitting them to Executive Director/Chairman
  • Corresponding with governmental administrative and labor offices, labor unions and others on matters of personnel administration and labor relations
  • Ensuring clean, safe and congenial work environment through proper planning and implementation regarding utilities, stationery, security etc
  • Communication organizational plans and policies to all staff in the company
  • Maintaining harmonious relations amongst the staff of the department and inter- departmental staff.
  • Making strict vigilance on compliance of rules, discipline & code of conduct of company
  • Motivating the staff of the department and recommending for rewards, promotions and punishment to Executive Director/Chairman
  • Handling problems, complaints and grievances of the staff of the department and undertaking necessary action to solve them
  • Undertaking HRM related activities assigned by the Executive Director/Chairman.
