1. REGIONAL MANAGER (Kathmandu Based)
Required Competencies:
- Proven skill in vending and developing of Banking Products.
- Proficiency in overall Banking Management.
- Ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and utilization of proactive judgment.
- Take multiple responsibilities and to deliver progress.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills and Team Player
- At least 5 years of working experience in Officer Level or above in BFIs.
Qualification:
- Master Degree in Management or equivalent
2. HEAD – Human Resource Department
Required Competencies:
- At Least 3 years of experience in Officer Level in BFIs and other in related field.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
- Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff as per organization planning. Serve as a link between an organization’s management and its employees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to influence others and manage change.
Qualifications:
- Master Degree in Management or equivalent (Preferably in HR Management)
