Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited-subsidiary of Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited, is a newly registered merchant banking company which aims to provide a wide range of services such as Issue Management, Securities Underwriting, Share Registrar, Fund Management (Mutual Fund, Wealth Management), Advisory services, Portfolio Management etc.
Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited intends to, and is in the process of selecting a highly qualified and competent professional to lead the company in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this context, the company invites an application from qualified Nepalese citizen for the post of CEO on contract basis. The tenure of CEO will be four years.
Position Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Education: Master’s Degree in any stream preferably Management/ Finance/ Economics/ Law from recognized university; having professional qualification such as CA/ACCA/CFA will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in Senior Management level in Merchant Banking Institutions/ Financial Institutions and/or other recognized institutions working in the field of finance/ securities sector of Nepal.
Age: Preferably not exceeding 50 years as on 30th July 2018.
Salary:
Negotiable, however the interested candidates must submit his/her expected remuneration in the application.
