Maruti Cements Limited is an integrated cement plant located at Chandraudaipur, Siraha. The company invites application from highly motivated, competent and performance oriented professionals for the following posts:
HR Manager
Work Station: Factory (Siraha, Mirchaiya)
Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of staff; administers salaries and benefits; and looks after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
Qualification: Master’s Degree with the minimum 3 years experience in related field.
Security Incharge
Work Station: Factory (Siraha, Mirchaiya)
Responsible for maintaining overall security system of the factory and ensuring the implementation of security measures adopted by the company.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with prior experience in security forces. Sound and indepth knowledge of security measures used by various organization, especially by manufacturing company.
