Brief Description
Manage MEAL functions of Education Program for both development and education in emergencies (EIE) programs: ensure global MEAL framework including smooth operation of knowledge management systems in Education programs; provide technical support in designing new project log/result frameworks: coordinate baseline, mid-term and final evaluation; manage and regularly update data/information; act as a Focal Person for Community Based Education Management Information System (CEMIS)
Eligibility
Master’s degree or equivalent in related Social Science with 5 years’ (3 years for GS! group’) of experience in monitoring and evaluation and/or research of Education programs/projects, preferably at INGOs
