Job Description :
• Handle incoming calls of customers and resolve their queries related to the Company’s product, service and payments.
• Handle customers with pleasant and polite attitude
• Handle front desk in the absence of the team member
• Update detail information of customers in the software
• Audit income sheet on daily basis
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor
Basic Requirement :
• Bachelors Degree (Running) in any discipline
• Minimum 1 yr experience required
• Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills
• Should be smart outspoken with pleasant personality
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Must be willing to work on schedule basis i.e. morning or evening
• Preferred two wheeler and with valid license
• Workstation Jawalakhel
