Duties

Working under the Customer Support Services Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for providing varied administrative and logistical support services to all personnel in the Mission (State, USAID and other Agencies). The incumbent is the primary Point of Contact (PoC) for reservations, maintenance, and upkeep of the conference rooms throughout the Mission. The incumbent provides support services to employees within the General Services Office with regards to their travel/training requirements. The incumbent is the primary PoC to all personnel requesting information and assistance with lodging for in-country travel. The incumbent maintains liaison with hospitality companies and acts as an alternate sub-cashier and time keeper for the entire section. The incumbent assists the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for monthly office equipment servicing for the equipment in the work rooms of the Mission.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience involving customer service is required.

Education Requirements:

Successful completion of Higher Secondary education required.

Evaluations:

LANGUAGE: Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing English is required. Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing Nepali is required. English language ability will be tested.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The ability to work under pressure is required. The ability to use various Windows-based computer applications is required.

KNOWLEDGE: Good knowledge of administrative and organizational procedures and working knowledge of office automation equipment is required.

Qualifications:

All applicants under consideration will be required to pass medical and security certifications and complete a mandatory probationary period of one year for LE Staff.
