Duties

Under the direct supervision of Receiving and Inventory Supervisor, the incumbent receives, inspects and prepares receiving reports on expendable supplies & non-expendable property. The incumbent maintains computerized and manual filing/records of all types of property received and delivered. The incumbent provides assistance in conducting all types of property inventories .

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years of experience in Warehouse/supply or inventory unit is required.

KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of receiving supplies, inventory control and warehousing is required.

Education Requirements:

  • Completion of Secondary School is required.

Evaluations:

LANGUAGE: Level III (Good working knowledge) speaking/reading/writing English is required. Level III (Good working knowledge) speaking/reading/writing Nepali is required. English language ability will be tested.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The ability to conduct inventory is required. The ability to use various computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and property management specialized software is required.

Qualifications:

All applicants under consideration will be required to pass medical and security certifications and complete a mandatory probationary period of one year for LE Staff.
