Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities) MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To carry day to day transaction processing finance in liaison with other teams in British Embassy and Manila and back up for CSO roles.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Transaction Processing Finance

• Private Billing to staff.
• Recovering of expenses from OGD (other government).
• PRISM Housekeeping (account clearing).
• Requisitioner for CS department/Distribution sets.
• Process all payment.
• Keep track record of payment and receivable.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Stationary management.
• Other ad-hoc work requests as per Corporate Services Officer.
• Debts recovery of utility bills from staff.
• Maintain up to date filling for all the receivable and payable.

Back up Corporate Services officer Duties
• Handle Net Work Post Account, including payment and receivable.
• Provide a supportive role to short out issue related with HR and supplier’s queries between local staffs and HR / Payment Hub.
• Support to CSO for budgeting, forecasting and amendment of post budget.
• Support to CSO for local and UK procurement of stationery/staff uniform.
• Helping to CSO for recovery of exp. from OGD.
• Share monthly pay roll information to HUB for staff salary.

Human Resources

• Logistic arrangement for local training.
• Coordination for any local translation.
• Provident Fund related transaction, tracking of deposit and withdrawal.

Essential qualifications and experience

• At least two years of work experience in account (receivable and payable/finance section).

• Candidate must be BBA /BBS in accountancy/finance and other relevant areas.
