Position: Assistant Manager- HR (Operations Department)

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in HR
• Proven capability and acumen in business, organization and talent
• Can-do attitude with flexibility in working cultures
• Proficient in Ms-Excel
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Self-starter, motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
Job Description
• Lead & manage various aspects of HR Operations including on-boarding, orientation, off-boarding formalities and documentation, insurance, performance management and HR audits
• Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application
• Facilitate effective ways of working and build a high-performing culture, perform Ad Hoc assignments and provide support to the team in administering projects
• Take the lead role in strategic Hiring of Daraz Operations by understanding, designing, planning and implementing various recruitment tools
• Design and lead change management programs to foster the development in the organization
• Act as a key business partner to members of the company to improve the recruiting process
• Prepare monthly reports to stake holders
• Understand and keep abreast of all company, government and other applicable compliance requirements and ensures tasks are performed in accordance with these requirements
• Accountable for identifying, prioritizing or responding to requests and issues resolution using company approved HR tools and techniques within established timelines
• Provide support in various HR areas which may include new hire on boarding and assimilation, safety compliance and monitoring, performance and talent management programs deployment, and general team member education
