Education:

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Delphi development.

Required Technical Skills:

• Exposure in development of web-based application in Delphi.
• Understands Delphi code and shows capability to troubleshoot.
• MS-SQL – Should be able to write complex SQL queries.
• Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns
• Test Driven Development (TDD)

Other Skills:

• Willingness to adopt to new technologies / framework with changing business context.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
