Position: Store Officer

Job Description

• Receive all the ordered products and settle it with the purchase documents
• Ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from the suppliers
• Ensure proper delivery of products to the clients
• Establish and follow a proper recordkeeping and daily stock reporting duties
• Ensure physical inventory matches with system balance
• Identify, Notify and Keep record of damaged products, breakage in transit and other losses
• Communicate with transport companies for on-time presence of transports when needed
• Sign in labors for dispatch, loading and unloading works
• All other store related daily works
• Prepare monthly & annually material consumption & requirement reports
• Supervise store labors and getting results through efficient & effective way

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s Degree in management
• Good communication skills, reporting and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of office package
• Must possess basic IT skills
• Must be organized and punctual
• Must have an experience of 2-3 years in the same field
• Must have a 2- wheeler and a valid license
