Project Sales Executive

📋 Job Description

• Identify and approach construction projects, contractors, consultants, and engineers
• Promote and sell construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new project opportunities
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain proper sales documentation and reports

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in project sales or construction-related sales
• Freshers with strong interest in sales may also apply
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of construction materials and project sales process
• Ability to deal with engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Problem-solving and customer handling ability
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
