A promoter of Upper Trishuli-1 (216 MW) Hydroelectric Project situated at Rasuwa District of Nepal The company is seeking qualified Nepali professionals for following positions:

Position Title: Assistant Finance Manager/Senior Finance Officer
No. of Vacancy: 1 or 2
Requirements:
• Project Finance Management
• Finance and Business Risk Management
• Managing main Project Agreements
• Fulfill conditions precedent for Financial Closure
• Managing Budget and cash flow
• Handle foreign and local currency payment
• Coordination with related consultants, sponsors and overseas lenders
• Various analysis and tasks as instructed by management
Qualifications:
• 4 years Bachelor/Chartered Accountant
• At least 7 years’ and 4 years’ experience after graduation for
• Assistant Manager and Senior Officer respectively in related field
• Excellent Microsoft skills in Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Word
• Excellent knowledge of finance related jobs
• Good written, spoken skills in English
