Position: Cashier- Accounts

Job Description:
- Handle day to day cash, cheque and bank transactions
- Prepare invoices, handle receipt and follow up for the payments
- Prepare transactions reports
- Prepare reports for cash transactions
Requirement/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Preferred in Finance and/or Accounts specialization)
- 1+ year work experience in accounts field and Tally and or/other accounting software
- Knowledge of accounting software would be advantageous
- Excellent Office Package skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Have a strong sense of accountability and dependability
Position: Executive – Accounts
Number of Vacancies: 1
Job Description:
- Day to day accounting, accounts reconciliations, expense verification, income statement reconciliation
- Maintaining VAT records and VAT return filing, TDS records and TDS return filing
- Payroll Management, calculate and process salary payments.
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
- Maintain accounting control by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Secures financial information by completing database backups
Requirement/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Preferred in Finance and or/ Accounts specialization)
- +2 year work experience in accounts field
- Should possess knowledge of Nepal’s VAT, TDS and Income Tax Acts and regulation
- Excellent Office Package skills
- Great Attention to Details

Position: Call Center Executive – Customer Care
Number of Vacancies: 2
Job Description:
- Prepared to work in shifts to manage class from customers
- Handle and Assist in timely fulfillment of the customer’s orders
- Prepare report of issues faced by customers and ensure timely resolution to their problems
- Accomplish sales and organizations mission by completing related results as needed
Requirement/Skills:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar role
- Amazing customer service skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Position: Marketing Executive – Marketing

Job Description:
- Providing detailed information on company products and offering Onboarding new restaurants
- Provide training to restaurant on the operational details of system
- Responsible to provide meetings feedback to the supervisor and provide monthly report to the supervisor
- Keep proper records of sales and revenues
Requirement/Skills:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the filed of Marketing in a similar role
- Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge
- Must possess the skill to work both in team and independently
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with E-commerce platforms and Google Applications
