Human Development and Community Services (HDCS) is a non-profit, NGO working in health, education and community development since 1991. It currently managers hospitals, schools, F.M. radios, Public Health Program, Wash and Livelihood Project and other community development related projects in different districts of Nepal. HDCS is looking for committed and service-minded Nepali citizens for the following:
Position: Partnership Manager
(Donor Relations, Proposal development, Fundraising, M and E, Communication)
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Relevant Master’s degree from recognized university
- Min. 5 years of NGO/INGO international relations work
- Very good community development and project management skills (proposal development, log frame, project cycle, SDGs, M and E, reporting)
Main Responsibilities is: to support and partly manage the international and national Partnerships, Donor Relations, Fundraising, Monitoring and Evaluation M and E and Communication
