Currently I work as Health System Strengthening Officer (HSSO) at Bishnupur RM, Saptari in NHSSP project supporting government health system. I have worked on USAID funded project for about 5years in suaahara I & II as a District Coordinator at Dang, Nawalprasi, Dailekh and Solukhumbu district. I have also worked on USAID funded project SIMI OVC project as a Health and Nutrition officer at Bardiya and Kapilvastu for more than 2 years. I have excellence performance in project management, implementation and evaluation. I have good knowledge and experience in public health sector and health system and best for improvement in it. I have good experience in partnership management with PNGO, district stakeholders and others. I have good knowledge and experience in documentation of report especially in M&E section. I have good knowledge and experience in health system governance and capacity enhancement of health institutions.Academically I am sound in public health (MPH) mastered from BPKIHS Dharan in 2010 and bachelor(BPH) from IoM in 2004. I have 12 years experience in project management and 2 years experience ineducational institute management.
