Eligibility Criteria:

Risk Management: (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager) (Required No. 1)

This is a managerial position and the candidate will be responsible to develop and implement a full-fledged Risk Management System inside the Bank that works for Risk Identification and Measurement, Risk Mitigation and Risk Monitoring across the Bank Business.

Education and Experience: Chartered Accountant/Master’s Degree in Management with minimum 5 years of experience in Risk Management or related department of Banks and Financial Institutions.

Sectoral Leads (Required No. 4)

The Bank seeks Domain Experts on contract basis to work as Lead in Energy Infrastructure (1), Health Infrastructure (1), Social and Urban Infrastructure (1) and Aviation Infrastructure (1).
The sectoral leads will be responsible to develop sectoral engagement strategy, project pipeline and financing structures. Undertaking need assessment, preparing/pitching investment teaser and financing structures for financing larger public infrastructure projects in Public Private Partnership models (PPP), Commercial Blending, Annuity, VGF, etc., will be the major roles of the sectoral leads.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education and Experience: Master’s Degree in related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in structured finance, including hands-on experience in originating, structuring, and executing financial transactions for infrastructure projects in PPP, Commercial Blending, Annuity, VGF, etc.

Lead – Institution & Stakeholders Engagement and Policy Advocacy (Required No. 1)

The Bank seeks a dynamic leader on contract basis to lead the engagement, policy dialogue, and communication with government agencies, regulators, public institutions, international agencies, and stakeholders for creating and strengthening infrastructure ecosystem. Under the overall engagement framework, the lead will liaise with governments agencies/public sectors entities/Els/international agencies/developers during projects solicitation, structuring, policy unlocking, investment, and project execution.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education and Experience: Master’s Degree in related discipline with minimum 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining public relationship and contacts with government agencies/regulators/public institutions, international agencies and stakeholders.
