• Determine high quality business strategies and plan ensuring their perfect alignment with company’s short-term and long-term business objectives and set the overall direction of the company in constantly changing competitive environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience preferably in telecom industry.
• In depth understanding of Nepal’s as well as global telecom industry.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong ability to communicate and understand customer requirements and recommend expert solutions and alternatives to the customers.
• Good proficiency in English language both spoken & written, organizer with proactive and friendly attitude.
• Knowledge and experience of telecom network planning & optimization would be an added advantage.
• Ability to speak & write Chinese language is preferred.
