National Sales Head

ROLE:

Planning & Strategy Development for the Regions
Channel Management
Meeting the Sales Target within the region
Leading the ASM team

RESPONSIBILITY:

Planning and Strategy Development:

1) Plan
You are expected to deeply analyze the market within your region and develop Monthly/ Quarterly strategy and planning. You will have to prepare the following planning papers
Yearly Target (at least 15 days before the start of the new fiscal year)
Area-wise scheme
Area-wise incentive programs
Area-wise promotion programs/ campaigns
Quarterly/ Monthly Sales Targets for the region and each of the ASM
Quarterly/ Monthly Targets for the distributors within the region

2) Analytics:
You are expected to go through all the data generated through SMS and develop your own daily, weekly, and monthly analytics to help you build your region and area-specific strategy and plan.

3) Visits:
You are expected to carry out extensive visits and meet all the Distributors, Wholesalers, On-trades, Off-trades, sample consumers, etc to come up with an independent assessment of how we (and our competitors) are doing in different areas and come up with a tailor-made strategy. For this, you are expected to provide your quarterly visit calendar at least two weeks before the start of the new quarter.
Input on a new brand: based on in-depth knowledge of the market, advice the new product development team on product selection, branding, and marketing strateg

B. Sales Management: You are expected to work alongside the ASMs to ensure that you meet all the regional and area-wise targets. Get updates on sales with all the ASMs within the region on a daily basis. Review SMS and instruct ASMs on relevant issues.

He will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, payroll, assistance with end-of-month close, revenue reporting, audit preparation, and other related duties as assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the accounting Team in the organization.
