Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with FMCG manufacturing background to manage financial operations, costing, budgeting, taxation, compliance, and reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Handle overall accounting and financial management of the company

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and cost control

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT, TDS, and statutory requirements

Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities

Oversee cash flow management and working capital

Maintain accurate accounting records and internal controls

Support management in decision-making through MIS reporting

Job Specification

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing industry

Strong knowledge of costing, inventory accounting, and financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance

Strong analytical and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
