Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product supply and promotional support.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, outlet performance reports, and market intelligence updates.

Assist in sales forecasting, promotional planning, and implementation of growth initiatives.

Support in negotiating display placements and promotional visibility opportunities within assigned outlets.

Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelorâ€s degree in management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in modern trade sales, FMCG, beverage, or liquor industry preferred.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and account management skills.

Good understanding of modern trade operations and merchandising practices.

Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.

Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting systems.

Willingness to travel as required for market visits and account management.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor outlet performance, competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends.

Ensure timely order collection, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up from assigned accounts.

Support distributors and regional sales teams in expanding on-trade coverage and strengthening market presence.

Coordinate with the marketing team for branding materials, promotional support, and event execution.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market feedback, and outlet performance updates.

Assist in sales forecasting, demand planning, and promotional planning for assigned territories.

Ensure compliance with company policies, trade standards, and operational procedures.

Build positive relationships with outlet owners, managers, and frontline staff to strengthen brand loyalty.
