Ever Bright Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Managers (1 Male & 1 Female) to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure smooth business functioning. The ideal candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily business operations
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals
• Develop and implement operational strategies and policies
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow efficiency
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and present to senior management
• Handle client relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant managerial experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in overseas/recruitment industry (advantage)
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Professional attitude with high level of responsibility and integrity
