Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territory

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors

Ensure product availability, stock management, and market coverage

Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities

Implement promotional activities and support trade marketing initiatives

Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback

Collect orders and coordinate with the supply chain team

Maintain daily sales reports and field updates

✅ Job Requirements

Bachelor running or completed (Business/Management preferred)

1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG sector

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good understanding of local market and customer handling

Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

Must have a valid bike license and own vehicle (bike)

Willingness to travel within assigned areas
